Cheating Spouse Website Workers’ Compensation Claim

An ex-employee of cheating spouse website, Ashley Madison,  is seeking $20 million from her former employer claiming she injured her wrists writing over 1,000 fake profiles for the website.  She charges her former employer with a repetitive wrist injury claim plus additional pain and suffering.  Under workers’ compensation laws, she clearly can’t collect such a sum for wrist injuries so it will be interesting to see her case in more detail.  Ashley Madison claims that she is attempting to create a PR nightmare for the website that is now being called a “catfish” site playing off the same type of catfish term used last year for the Manti Te’o catfish story.  Regardless of where you sit on this topic, it’s clear that there are two sides to every story, and the truth lies somewhere that may never get truly revealed.
